What is Wretched Dario?
Wretched Dario, is an ambitious adventure that will be told across three graphic novels. My team and I are currently working on book one called, Beyond The Hammer Heart. The series can be classified as Sword & Sorcery, or even Dark Fantasy, or both.

The Story
Book One | Beyond The Hammer Heart
In the overgrown ruins known as The Royal Copse, a band of warriors sets out on a perilous quest to rescue a captured boy named Crass. Reluctantly led by the fierce and determined Dario, and chronicled through the eyes of Nurgul—a young woman torn between her past and her destiny—the crew faces relentless mercenaries, ancient lizard tribes, and dark forces beyond their understanding.
As secrets unravel about Nurgul’s missing father, Karah—the legendary Watcher from another realm—the stakes escalate beyond mere survival. Loyalties are tested in the shadow of powerful enemies, while alliances are forged among a band of ex-soldiers-turned heroes, lizard hunters, and elusive royalty.
Amidst cloak-and-dagger politics, enchanted companions, and stirring romances, Dario and his band journey toward the fortress of Soriin to seek aid from the elder chieftain. But darker threats loom, and not all is as it seems in the realms where gods and mortals collide.
A tale of honor, mystery, and fierce friendship, Wretched Dario invites readers into a richly woven world where every fight is more than just a battle—it is a test of heart and fate.
